Event Planning & Coordination	Develop production schedules, manage logistics, and coordinate with speakers, vendors, and sponsors.
Venue Setup	Oversee stage construction, seating, registration, branding, and networking areas.
Audiovisual Production	Design and operate lighting, sound, video, and projection systems for presentations, panels, and entertainment.
Live Streaming & Recording	Manage live broadcasts and record sessions for post-event distribution.
Technical Support	Provide on-site assistance to ensure smooth operation and minimize disruptions.
Show Calling & Stage Management	Direct live program flow, cue speakers, manage transitions, and maintain event timing and energy.
